We look at sites with a different perspective – every property has potential. Opportunities in main road locations are often missed by other property professionals, but we see value where others don’t.

Right now, we are in the market to acquire new sites from 1 acre + outside the M25, and from 0.5 acre more centrally within the M25. Our focus for acquiring sites is in urban, edge of town or town centres in London, Home Counties and the South East.

Old factories, office buildings and petrol stations, even contaminated, difficult or problem sites…it’s all on our radar, there’s nothing we won’t consider.
